This project was meant to display growth in my visualization, rendering and model making abilities.
The proposal for 134 S. Olive St. replaces a parking lot with an 8 story office buidling. With space on ground floor for local business and an open space top floor for needed greenery and public space in the Los Angeles Down Town Area
From initial concept sketches to 3D modeling, I ensured every detail met both visual and functional goals. Finally, I brought the design to life in my back yard and delivered a stand that is both durable and stylish. This project highlights my ability to blend design theory with technical execution, resulting in a piece that enhances the listening experience while serving as a centerpiece for any room
